These terms explain, in plain words, what you can do with the Creative Testing Kit and any Monthly Refresh Packs you buy from Sybil Studios (sybilstudios.com). By buying, you agree to them.

Who you're buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. It processes payments, handles applicable sales tax or VAT, and provides customer service for billing and returns. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own buyer terms.

What you can do

• Use the kit to make ads for your own business and for your clients.
• Edit and adapt the templates however you need.
• No attribution is required.

What you can't do

• Resell the templates, alone or as part of another product.
• Share the files with people outside your licensed company or agency.
• Rebrand the templates and pass them off as your own product.

Who owns what

We keep ownership of the kit and its templates. You own the ads you make with it.

Who the license covers

One license covers one company or agency.

Refunds and the license

If you get a refund, your license ends and you shouldn't use the kit for new work. Ads you already published can stay up. See our Refund policy.

Monthly Refresh Pack

The Monthly Refresh Pack renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime. Refresh packs you downloaded stay licensed after you cancel.

Results and ad claims

We make no promise about ad results. Results depend on your product, offer, audience, and execution. You're responsible for the claims in your own ads and for following the ad platforms' rules and the laws that apply to you.
